How it works, start to finish.
What your guests experience, and what happens behind the scenes for you.
The guest experience
What somebody at your event actually does, start to finish.
-
Notice
The cameras are on the tables, in the welcome bags or by the bar. They look like something worth picking up.
-
Pick it up
No screen, no settings, no app. Wind on, look through the window, press the button.
-
Shoot
One roll, no take-twos. Fewer photos, better ones, sillier ones.
-
Hand over
One photo turns into three, then the camera moves on to somebody else.
-
Rediscover
You develop the film. Everyone relives the experience.

Five steps from your first message to cameras on the table. We handle most of them.

Five to ten business days
The ones we get asked most
How far ahead should I order?
At least six weeks before the experience. Design and approval take about a week, production about a week, and delivery five to ten business days. Tighter than that? Ask, and we’ll tell you straight.
Is there a minimum order?
Ten cameras. There’s no maximum; big orders just need a little more notice.
How many cameras do I need?
One camera for every three guests is a good start. Give us the guest count and we’ll suggest a number.
Do I need to supply artwork?
No. Our in-house design team creates a custom design based on your event. If you have a logo or brand guidelines, send them over and we’ll work with them.
Can I see a proof before it prints?
Always. You’ll see the design on the camera itself, with two rounds of changes included. Nothing prints until you’ve said yes.
What film do you use?
Genuine Kodak 400 colour film, in every camera. It handles indoor light and sunshine, and it’s the look people mean when they say “film photo”.
How many shots does each camera have?
Eighteen or twenty-four, and every camera has a flash. Indoors, after dark, on the dance floor: flash on. We’ll confirm the shot count when we quote.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in Australia, tracked. For events overseas, get in touch.
What happens to the film?
After the event, take the cameras to any lab that develops 35mm film. Ask us if you’d like a recommendation.
