How long it takes
Once you’ve approved your design, production takes about a week. Stickers printed, die-cut and applied by hand, film loaded, flash checked, every disposable camera boxed.
Then they’re on their way: five to ten business days to anywhere in Australia.
That’s why we ask for at least six weeks before the event. Tighter than that? Ask, and we’ll tell you straight.
What it costs
Shipping is quoted with your order, at what it costs us to get the cameras to you. No markup.
Tracking
Everything ships tracked. We’ll email you the tracking link the day your cameras leave us.
Where we ship
Anywhere in Australia, including PO boxes and regional addresses. Events overseas, get in touch and we’ll work it out.
Send them somewhere someone can receive a parcel during business hours: the office, the venue or home. If they need to arrive at the venue on a set day, tell us when you order.
When they arrive
Open the box and have a look within three business days. Count the cameras, and check the stickers and packaging.
If anything’s missing or damaged, email hello@quokka.cam with a photo. We’ll sort it before your event.
Then keep them somewhere cool and dry until the big day. Film doesn’t love a hot car.
Questions
Can I pick them up instead?
Not at the moment. Everything ships tracked, so you’ll always know where your cameras are.
What if they’re running late?
We watch every delivery. If a parcel’s held up, we’ll tell you before you have to ask, and work out a plan with you.
Can you send them straight to the venue?
Yes. Give us the venue address, a contact name and the latest date they can arrive.
